Our goal is to empower a community where people realize and use their full potential to create change.

aCORE Solution was formed in 2014 by four career driven women who purposed in their hearts to make a difference in their community. They saw the day to day struggle of the single mother, the single father, the broken home and the forgotten teenager. Their goal was to create a safe nurturing environment where people could come to re-discover themselves through grace, assistance, education and above all else LOVE.

They are adults that have found, by choice or by force, situations that are beyond their control. aCORE Solution is looking to fight against the GIANTS in our lives like hunger, homelessness, hopelessness, poverty in mind, body, and spirit.

How will we fight? With financial assistance through partnerships and donations; through education and empowerment; but most importantly, We will fight through coaching and mentorship with the commitment to transform lives and teach them to be the blessing that the Creator intended for them to be.

Raquel Jennings, CPC.

Raquel Jennings, CPC

Founder/President of aCORE Solution and A Shattered Wing is a Certified Professional/Personal Life  Coach. She was trained at the Life Coach Institute of Orange County and continues her education  earning certifications in Spiritual and Adolescence Coaching.

She spent twenty years in the corporate world before leaving her career behind to become a wife and  stay at home mom.

Unfortunately, as with many couples, she experienced a temporary marital separation; and for the first time she found herself in a situation that caused her to have to reach out for help. It was then that she  recognized the need to make a difference in this world, the importance of a kind word and the ability to  see past a person’s circumstance and help them recognize their value and worth.

She was reunited with her husband and has three beautiful children. She is a strong believer that God  will take any negative circumstance in your life and turn it around to promote you if you’re open to it.

In addition to her many responsibilities, Raquel lends her time and talents to the Snowline School  District as part of the Student Attendance Review Board (SARB). She is also a member of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health) and serves as an active board member as well as a Peer/Family Support  facilitator. Raquel is huge supporter of the stopping Human Trafficking and is a State Certified Human Trafficker advocate. She enjoys connecting with other organizations, combining their strengths,  connections and talents to provide the resources this community needs to be empowered.

Rocio Garcia

Due to circumstances beyond her control, Rocio had been out of the workforce, thus allowing her to dedicate herself to be a full time housewife, and to volunteer in several nonprofit organizations, such as the Victorville Youth Soccer League as the Director of Coaches and at New Life Chapel-Hesperia, her home church, as a member of the Women's Council.

In 2011 both she and her husband were unemployed making their financial situation very difficult forcing them to turn to government aid for the first time in their lives and they  were not eligible for any assistance. Unable to make their monthly payments, this experience of not being able to get help from anyone has lead Rocio to partner with  three wonderful ladies to help families in need of assistance, even if they don’t qualify according to government rules. Anyone can have a bad streak here and there in their life.  There may be a temporary situations but, when the need is there and you can’t get any help anywhere, it can lead to many uncomfortable situations, stress, and sometimes even suicide.

Rocio also lends her time and talents as a member of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health) and serves as Secretary on the board, teaches Family to Family and Familia a Familia classes, and is a Family Support Group facilitator in the English and Spanish groups. She also dedicates time to serve as an Ambassador at the Academy for Grassroots Organization.
